Policy/Purpose: This policy is intended to ensure we have timely reporting and updating to all individuals who need access to our facilities, as well as who is responsible for passing along the appropriate information. Additionally, all personnel must be trained on the correct alarm code change procedures to maintain security and accessibility. Regular audits will be conducted to confirm compliance with these protocols, ensuring that any updates are effectively communicated. This process will foster a collaborative environment where safety and accessibility are prioritized for everyone accessing our facilities.

Procedure:

1. GM’s are required to change codes anytime someone with codes to the property resigns, is terminated, or steps down from a position where they need codes (Ops Manager will do in the case of GM).

1. BMV:
   1. Front Door: GM, AGM, Sous, Ops, Brewers, SVCL Leads, MX, COO, Wholesale, Owners
   2. Cooler/Gate: GM, AGM, Sous, Ops, Brewers, SVCL Leads, MX, COO, Wholesale, Owners
   3. Inside Key Box: GM, AGM, Sous, Ops, Brewers, Wholesale, MX, COO, Owners, SVCL Leads
   4. Manager Office Door: GM, AGM, Sous, Ops, Head Brewer, FOH SVCL, MX, Wholesale, COO, Owners
   5. Manager Office Key Box: GM, AGM, Sous, Ops, COO, Owners
   6. Manager Office Top Safe:GM, AGM, Ops, COO, Owners
   7. Manager Office Bottom Safe: GM, AGM, FOH SVCL, Ops, COO, Owners
   8. Alarm Code: Anytime anyone with codes leaves or is terminated, the Ops/COO must change alarm codes at BMV.

1. Notify all BOH & FOH Leads, Ops Mgr, AGM, Sous Chef, COO, MX, Head Brewer, HR, Brand & Marketing Manager and Wholesale Mgr on 7shifts through group messages regarding door codes. Several group messages may be needed as not everyone needs all the codes i.e. Maintenance does not need safe codes. DO NOT give out safe codes to anyone other than appropriate personnel. (FOH Leads, AGM, COO & Ops Mgr).
