Team Member Referral Bonus SOP

Policy/Purpose:  Hillman Beer wants to create an environment in which team members refer others to come work for us as much as possible.  For referring other team members there is an opportunity to gain referral dollars.

 

Procedure:

 

  1. Team members referring someone to come work at Hillman Beer must tell the candidate to let the HR manager and hiring manager know.  Once active, they should notate on the official application that they were referred by a current team member.
  2. Team members who successfully refers a new associate is eligible for a $1,000 bonus, paid out $500 after 6 months, and a second $500 after 12 months as long as the following conditions are met:
    1. The new associate must maintain an average of 20 hours per week for the 6 month window referred to above.
    2. The new associate must be in good standing with acceptable attendance and no corrective actions within each 6 month period.
